More thawing taking place today and tonight is last night with projected temps below freezing – until Monday.
And my hair appt got rescheduled to today. Water pressure was decent when hubby checked at 8, but by the time of my appt at 10:30 it was back to a wimpy dribble. We decided to forge ahead, and I got the coldest washout of my life. My poor hairdresser’s hands were probably blue from the cold water! Their water heater is an on demand, and unless pressure reaches a certain point it won’t heat the water. We brought some hot water that had been on the stove over to warm up the rinse a bit but it was still chilly.
The chickens still just see snow out of the pop door, so they are firmly entrenched in their coop.
My strawberries look pretty good, and so do my blackberries. Hoping the blueberries & apple tree will look good when I uncover them.
