Growing your own food isn’t always an option for everyone, and that can be pretty scary given the fragility of our supply chain. That’s why we were excited to hear about a new farm not too far from us where we can buy pastured egg, poultry, pork & organic produce. I invited Christian Schwartz of PB Farms in Livingston, Texas to talk about what they’re growing at their farm. We also discuss some of the challenges they’ve faced in getting their “homestead on steroids” up & running to provide quality products at reasonable prices to their local community.
